Churches Baptize New Believers

Gaby Visits the U.S.

2011 POI Golf Benefit Tournament

The 2011 first ever POI Global Golf Benefit Tournament brought many teams together on Oct. 24 for a 5-man scramble. Each team’s entry fee sponsored a child in our day programs in Tegucigalpa, Honduras for an entire year. Malnutrition devastates 1 in 4 children

One out of every four children in Honduras suffers from chronic malnutrition. That means approximately 240,000 children have organ deficiencies due to lack of food. The World Food Program said these sad statistics make Honduras the Central American country with the second highest number of children suffering from malnutrition. read more »

San Juan Celebrates One Year

Education system in Honduras is lacking

In the country of Honduras, teachers have been on strike for the majority of the school year so far. In a period of two months, they have only held class eight times. While the teachers protest, they leave students to fend for themselves.
